We have formed SMFS to help alleviate the stress of your STR inspection. Our business is focused on YOU the STR owner. We are your one stop shop for fire safety.
We are Tennessee state licensed, state certified, insured, and Veteran owned. We operate primarily in the Smoky Mountain region, including the communities of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Pittman Center, and Cosby.
We don’t service restaurants or industrial warehouses. We specialize in fire safety in the sector we operate everyday, STR’s. Using our company’s core principles of honesty, integrity, and timeliness, you can be assured of receiving 5-star service and treatment.

We actually DON’T want to sell you a new extinguisher or detector. That’s right. We’d prefer your property was fire safe before our arrival and we only need to conduct service and the required certification. However, we offer it to get you back to code immediately, not to up sell.
Timeliness:
As fellow STR owners we understand that the clock isn’t always your best friend. We will do our best to accommodate servicing and inspecting during a turn or after check-out. Even if that falls on a weekend or outside of normal hours. Please remember we will not compromise our high standards of service or your property and guest’s safety to beat the clock.
