Justin and his wife are currently short term rental owners who self manage and want to help keep other owners, their property and guests, and the community fire safe.

Seeing the need to simplify the inspection process for fellow STR owners Smoky Mountain Fire Safety LLC was born.

Combining a construction background in the Army as a vertical and horizontal Engineer and over 5 years of experience in fire safety managing the fire safety equipment and programs for his Aviation unit Justin is well versed in referencing and applying the proper codes and regulations.
